**Your new company**

They pride themselves on providing leading technology solutions for removing contaminants from water and vapour. With projects based around the world, this client is committed to intelligent innovation & finding new ways to better safeguard our necessities. Currently, they have a project based in Ipswich QLD and are needing an experienced Construction Manager to join their team for an initial 6-month project.

**Your new role**

In your new role working as a Construction Manager where you will manage teams of workers and contractors and work closely with the Project Manager. This will be a very hands-on role with you being on the ground and the main point of contact for all site enquiries. You will monitor safety, promote a teamwork culture, and drive the project to stay on schedule. You will coordinate and undertake the delivery of high-quality site documentation (including material lists & construction programs), complete site induction training, monitor performance & quality of work from both internal staff and contractors.

**What you'll need to succeed**

The successful applicant will have worked on Commercial or Industrial projects previously as a Construction Manager who has the following experience:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, across the commercial or industrial construction sector. Water industry background favourable
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Strong time management & organisational skills
- A high-level attention to detail and a professional manner
- Hold a current Australian Driving Licence
- Hold a Construction White Card
- Hold a valid QLD forklift ticket
