Twisted Healthy Treats is looking for a proactive and driven marketing assistant and designer to join our marketing team. This is a part-time role that will require you to work on a range of exciting new projects with our marketing and community manager.

As Australia’s leading ‘better for you’ healthy treats manufacturer our working environment is very dynamic and fast-paced. We are looking for applicants who are passionate about learning and working in a nimble team environment.

**A little about us**:
Twisted Healthy Treats is one of Australia’s leading healthy treat manufacturers. With the help of our amazing Sydney based production team, we produce authentic, clean and delicious frozen products which are available nationwide and in more recent times, overseas markets.

As a team, we at Twisted are totally obsessed with creating Australia's best tasting frozen desserts that are actually good for you. All our products are made from natural ingredients & we are an all Australian made product and 100% Australian owned business. Cass and the team have built an amazing Australian brand and we are well on the way to becoming Australia's best (and favourite) Healthy Treat Manufacturer.

**Role Description**:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn on the job and start their career in a long-term role with Twisted Healthy Treats.
- You will be responsible for designing collateral for print and digital formats
- You will be required to present design concepts and content ideas to marketing manager
- You will be responsible for managing the social media plan
- You will be required to generally support the marketing manager
- You will tackle projects with a creative insight and enthusiasm, executing a strong attention to detail.
- At Twisted Healthy Treats, ideas and insights can come from anyone. So, you'll always have a voice and have plenty of opportunities to shape the work and ideas that we pursue.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative suite including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- You understand digital, print and brand design.
- You can ideate, develop and execute creative ideas.
- You have a design qualification or have at least 2 years’ experience with similar creative work.
- Must have a portfolio of design work
- You're an excellent communicator and are able to collaborate within the creative and marketing team.
- You possess copywriting skills
