**About Us**:
Open since 2010, Bankstown Childcare Academy is a 28 place long day care centre for children between the ages of 2 and 5. We pride ourselves in the nurturing, safe and collaborative environment we provide for children, parents and staff.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an energetic, punctual and friendly person to join our team as a Diploma Qualified Early childhood Educator. Early childhood teachers work with children in their formative years (typically aged between two and five), and are the primary drivers of learning in the Childcare.

**Early Childhood Teacher Requirements**:

- ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Has strong Knowledge of My Time Our Place
- Has a strong understanding of policies, procedures and regulations
- Must have 2+ years of experience within the sector.
- Well versed in regulatory requirements
- Understanding of current pedagogical thinking and research
- Establishes and maintains team relationship with early childhood educators
- Effective organisation and time management skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Energetic and Good Communicator
- Creative and Adaptable attitude

MUST:

- Possess a current NSW Working with Children's Check.
- Possess current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15 per week
