We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join one of our government clients for an immediate start.

**The Role**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Support the L&D team to gather information regarding availability and validity of trainings records
- All relevant data is to be updated into Thrive
- Co-ordinating all L&D training enquires, requests and record management
- Set up of filing system on River
- Move all files from P&C drive into River
- Support obtaining USI, qualifications, licenses and tickets from the business across all sites
- Manage and participate in HR and L&D related projects / duties as allocated

**Experience needed**
- Previous experience with L&D
- Computer literacy skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with experience using LMSs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience in dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both as part of a team and independently
