Cafe All Rounder/barista

Position Overview:
As a Cafe Staff Member at Caffe Regina Petro, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a memorable dining experience to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as providing attentive service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, milkshakes, and alcoholic beverages with precision and excellence.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, and desserts in accordance with the cafe's standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, taking and delivering orders promptly while catering to specific dietary requests or preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the upkeep of brewing equipment, serving areas, and dining spaces.
- Uphold the cafe's commitment to exceptional customer service by attending to customer inquiries, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is preferred but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for creating delightful experiences for customers through outstanding service and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while upholding quality and efficiency standards.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
