Café/venue Manager

Forget Me Not Eatery is a family owned café located in the wonderful surroundings of a nursery. The café is opened 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch and is located in the growing suburb of Greenvale.

The Café/Venue Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation, with your time dedicated to daily floor operations, staff and our guests. This is a very hands on role where you will always be a rostered team member in service.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Guest services - ensuring all guests are served in a hospitable fashion from the time they enter our doors until the time they leave.
- The role requires an energetic and charismatic personality to welcome our guests and familiarize themselves with all our dedicated regulars.
- Inspire our team through strong leadership and commitment. Importance and leadership of strong company culture and values.
- Strong communication skills and ability to train others.
- Ordering and stock control of beverage and consumables.
- Barista and Bar experience.
- Oversee functions and make sure maximum customer satisfaction is meet during the function.
- Partner with the Head Chef to ensure accurate delivery of service and functions.
- 3 years Hospitality Management experience.
- Exposure to both café and function environments.
- Flexible availability across a 7 day operation including weekends and public holidays. (No nights required)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
