**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare and Serve Beverages**: Expertly prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, cold brews, and specialty drinks.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- **Maintain Coffee Equipment**: Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing systems, ensuring all tools are kept clean and in good working order.
- **Ensure Quality Standards**: Consistently adhere to company recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines for beverages and food items.
- **Stocking and Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper storage and handling of products.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep the café and workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked. Follow sanitation procedures and safety protocols.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with fellow baristas and staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication during busy periods.
- **Handle Cash and Payments**: Process cash and card transactions, including managing customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- **Promote Products**: Engage with customers to promote new beverages, menu items, and seasonal specials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.23 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 80 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Barista: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Food handling: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
