**About the Role**
An Australian consultancy with over 20 years of experience in IT and cyber security is seeking a **Cloud Transformation Consultant** to design and deliver secure, scalable, and compliant cloud solutions for a diverse client base.
This role is based in Sydney and offers hybrid flexibility to engage in high-profile national projects while balancing lifestyle and career progression.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement multi-cloud architectures across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.
- Embed Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Bicep, and CloudFormation.
- Optimise CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and AWS CodePipeline.
- Lead transformation projects end-to-end, from design through delivery.
- Mentor engineers and uplift governance through reusable patterns and templates.
- Support FinOps practices to achieve cost-efficient cloud operations.

**Skills & Experience**
- Multiple years in cloud architecture, security engineering, or infrastructure delivery.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure and AWS platforms.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks in regulated industries.
- Proficiency with automation, DevOps, and observability tools.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-500, or AWS Solutions Architect Associate.
- Baseline Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
