**The role**: As the Manager of Demand and Resource Management you will have a state-wide focus on the Digital Partnership Teams (DPTs) to ensure that capital and state-wide operational project activities central visibility for demand and capacity across all DPTs.
You will play an integral part in the current transformation program occurring across eHealth Queensland, evolving in its scope as capability across eHealth Queensland increases its initial focus on demand and capacity management for fee-for-service resources across the DPTs.

**Further duties include**:

- To ensure all project team leads uphold the standards set throughout each project's execution under defined work practices and approved work packages.
- Collaborating with other project leaders to define work packages for the DPTs, prioritise, agree on timeframes, and track recoveries.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across Customer Service Branch by proactively identifying and resolving issues that impede efficient project delivery or work practices with a focus on automating and standardising wherever possible.
- Ensure BAU resources are not impacted in their capacity to deliver core services by balancing project demands with fee for service resources.
- Providing financial analysis and budget outlines to DPT Management.
- Provide high level support and advice to DPT Leadership Team in work prioritisation, reporting and recoveries.
- Assess the risk of meeting project deliverables in the DPTs and propose alternative approaches to meeting against agreed timeframes.
- Coordinate a community of practice for DPT project staff with other areas of eHealth, to share information and contribute to improvement opportunities.

Are you right for this role?Design, implement and promote demand management practices within a large complex organisation like Queensland Health as well as have a high-level understanding of end-to-end IT customer service delivery (ITSM/ITIL).
You will have high level of knowledge and understanding of research, analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to identify issues and risks across the business and develop relationships to allow for working collaboratively with stakeholders to develop solutions.
As the Digital Partnership Teams are spread across Queensland supporting the Hospital and Health Services, this role will require reasonable travel as negotiated.
