RCR Mining Technologies are seeking a **Technical Officer** to join our expanding Product Support team. As an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Technical Officer, you will be in a mixed site and office role, supporting our major clients with installation, commissioning, training, audits and overhauls for all RCRMT’s OEM equipment.

To be considered for this position**, you will need**:

- Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trades or Fixed and Mobile Plant Mechanic; or
- Tertiary Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Valid Western Australian Drivers Licence
- Section 44 / Section 26

E**ssential criteria** include:

- Experience supervising multi-disciplined teams and trades
- Experience superintendent or management experience
- Experience in assembly and disassembly of large mobile or fixed plant
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project
- Evidence of report writing
- Evidence of leading and developing teams of large numbers
- Competent written, verbal and communication skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop project deliverables, including estimates, proposals, methodologies, schedules, and reports.
- Oversee the execution of works onsite with a team inclusive of supervision, HSE and trades, ensuring technical and quality standards are met on-site.
- Ensure all works are completed safely by conducting critical control verifications, workplace inspections, coordinating with Health & Safety, verifying training, and ensuring legislative compliance
