**BOSS BURGER CO -- Kitchen Team Member**:
**Casual Position until trained; with possibility for consistent hours and part-time/ full-time available.**

**Location: BALLARAT, VICTORIA.**

We are seeking awesome kitchen all-rounders to join the Boss Squad and help sling some epic burgers to the people of Ballarat Cooked a million burgers before? Never cooked a burg before, but keen to learn? We don’t discriminate We can train anyone with a can-do attitude and a passion to learn Hours range from of 10-35 hours per week with a minimum commitment to 10 hours a week and availability on weekends

Boss Burger Co is a fast-emerging American inspired Burger restaurant providing the people with tasty, quality food made fresh to order, backed with exceptional customer service and a love for what we do. We love our burgs, and we love our crew, and we are passionate about building quality teams who flourish in a positive, fun and dedicated environment

- Working Weekends for us is key at Boss, our main game is weekend work
- You are keen to help us sling some delicious burgs

- You are a hard worker who’s dedicated to building something epic and keen to continually improve.
- You can kick it independently, but love working with a team to make the dream work.

**Is it just slinging epic burgs?**
- Slinging epic burgs, is your number one game.
- However, we need someone who can help us cook and prep all of our fresh food to order.
- Maintain an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness.
- Keep track of stock, promote our burgs in store and on our online platforms to ensure we never run out of the good stuff.
- Did we mention sling some sexy burgs?

**Things to note;**
- **Sucessful applicants will be required to attend an in person job trial in store at our Ballarat Central location.**_

We pay under the Fast Food Industry Award and therefore our wage range reflects from Juniors
- Seniors according to this award. Please see this link for details and pay information;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $12.83 - $38.48 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
