**Introduction**:
Regis Resources is an ASX publicly listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team with a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations. It is a purely Australian gold miner with operations in Western Australia and New South Wales.

The mine site locations are in the WA Goldfields region with multiple mining operations (both open pit and underground) as well as a number of satellite pits. This is an opportunity to join a high performing team, currently producing circa 400,000 oz. of gold per annum.

**Description**:
The Opportunity

Reporting to the Processing Manager, we are currently seeking a Mobile Crushing Plant Supervisor to join the Processing leadership team at Moolart Well.

This is a FIFO role, working on an 8:6 roster.

About the Role

Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the processing plant to ensure that a smooth and continual process is maintained at all times;
Supervise and train employees, ensuring they act safely and follow company policies and procedures;
Disposal of tailings;
Reagent receivables and storage;
Ensure milling and crushing parameter set points are achieved;
Ensure that all plant data and information is accurately recorded on relevant log sheets;
Identify continuous improvement opportunities for the plant and processes; and
Identify and report maintenance requirements for the plant ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

Provide strong safety leadership whilst demonstrating and promoting company values and behaviours;
4+ years’ experience as a Process Technician with demonstrated leadership abilities, including performance management;
Demonstrate previous experience as a Shift Supervisor;
Knowledge of mobile crushing plants is desirable;
Clear understanding of maintenance activities of mobile crushing and screening plants is desirable;
Be competent at operating all sections of the processing plant assigned in a safe manner;
Competent and ticketed loader/skidsteer operator;
You will be flexible, conscientious, possess excellent communication skills and lead effectively in a small team environment; and
Current WA class C manual drivers licence.
