**We are in need of casual Direct Support Workers to assist with providing direct support for our clients in the Redcliffe and surrounding areas.**

As a Direct Support Worker, you will be an integral part of the lives of people of all ages and backgrounds. You will assist with:

- Providing support on matters of personal care, including showering, toileting, dressing and more
- Administering medications
- Transferring individuals using hoists and slide sheets, and general assistance with mobility
- Domestic duties including cleaning, laundry or meal preparation.
- Transporting clients to and from the Day Centre
- Community engagement, attending doctors' appointments, grocery shopping or other social or recreational activities of their choice.

**Before you commence, you will need**:

- A Blue Card (Working with Children Card)
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check (Working with Individuals with Disabilities, formerly a Yellow Card)
- A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
- A Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Commitment to infection prevention and control measures including the use of PPE as directed
- An iPhone with an iOS 13.0 or up operating system, or Android 5.0 or up operating system
- CPL are happy to assist in obtaining these necessary checks if you are successful._**_ _**

**_Should you be successful training will be provided from the 26th - 29th of May.
