About the role
The Regional Sales Manager role within the CopRice Ag Retail team is part of the CopRice PET packaged business and is a highly autonomous role that drives sales, builds strong sustainable relationships and creates new business across the entire CopRice packaged product range throughout an entire region. Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Influencing relationships with key accounts in West Victoria and South Australia.
Managing sales volumes, value and margins for packaged products in Western Victoria and South Australia
Deliver CopRice budgeted profit and sales target for the allocated region
Create sustainable new business from which budgeted profit and sales targets can be delivered.
Work to meet or exceed goals, ensuring delivery with efficiency and effectiveness
This role requires you to travel, depending on your location this may be day trip or include over night stays
About You
Ideally you will have a minimum of five years’ territory management experience ideally in agriculture / pet industry,. You also have:
Experience developing and executing long term strategies that have ongoing mutual benefits. You are motivated, adaptable and have an appetite to deliver results.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, you are also decisive in your problem-solving approach, you have strong organisational and planning skills, and you are a natural influencer, able to influence and engage and make a difference.
You are collaborative in your approach, are driven and results oriented.
