**The Opportunity**
The Commercial and Contracts Manager is required to support complex contract management and procurement outcomes within an integrated workforce.

In this role, you will:

- Provide Contract Management, Procurement and commercial advice.
- Develop, evaluate and implement Contract Change Proposals (CCP) in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that the procurement activities adhere to Commonwealth and Defence procurement policy
- Coordinate all contract maintenance / governance activities
- Assist with the coordination of stakeholder engagement activities.

**About you**
- Experience in Defence procurement and contract management
- Knowledge of the contracting and procurement framework, the PGPA and other related Defence policies
- Understanding of the content of the Defence Procurement Manual (DPM), and related guidance, and the ASDEFCON suite of tendering and contracting templates.
- Security Clearance: Baseline minimum with willingness to upgrade to NV1
