A temporary full-time opportunity has become available with an Australian owned leading manufacturer and supplier of generators. With a track record spanning over 30 years, this business is committed to delivering their customers reliable solutions from the world’s leading brands.

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Support Officer to join the team in Salisbury initially for 6 months with a possible extension to 9 months.

**Duties include**:

- Accounts receivable processing (including processing invoices, receiving payments, reconciling customer accounts and responding to accounts receivable enquiries ensuring a strong focus on customer service)
- Following up and reporting on overdue accounts (debt collection)
- Undertaking associated administration and recordkeeping tasks

**To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate**:

- Previous accounts receivable experience (min 2-3 years)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Confidence learning and using new technology
- Previous experience using Oracle Netsuite (ideal but not essential)
