- Reporting to the Commercial and Residential Sales and Leasing Manager, you will provide leadership and insight to the Sales and Leasing Group for optimising the commercial return of investment by TSA in owned and leased residential properties.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for:

- Lead and direct the Residential and Commercial Sales and Leasing team, prepare and manage finance budget tracking and reporting on performance against key financial outcomes
- Implement and manage the operating model for managing the National Sales and Leasing strategy in delivering key commercial outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement approaches across the Residential Sales and Leasing Group ensuring commercial outcomes are in line with key performance and financial targets
- Develop benefit realisation analysis in relation to purchase, sale and / or lease of assets that maximise value and returns on TSA investments
- Oversee negotiation of Residential sales and leasing agreements, acquire and dispose of owned property obtaining the best financial return and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and practices
- Manage and review leasing process, implement policies and procedures to support the customer and commercial objectives

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in the role you will have:

- A degree qualification in Property or Property related management or a related Business discipline
- National property residential sales, acquisition and leasing experience, including knowledge of the differing state based legislative requirements
- Proven track record in developing and delivering key commercial and financial deliverables on time and within budget
- Extensive senior experience in managing and leading a significant national residential portfolio of at least 500 residential properties, including leading the implementation of project sales, advertising and marketing programs
- Superior communication skills and advanced Microsoft Office suite skills.
- Experience coaching and mentoring a team with a history of delivering great team outcomes.
- Resolve and a can-do attitude.
- Real Estate Agent’s license desirable
