**The Company**

Our client is a household name, and operates in the insurance space, working to improve the lives of people across Queensland. They are currently looking for a strategic and passionate Service Delivery Lead to champion best practices and modern software delivery methods and tools.

**The Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys looking strategically at business processes and systems and ensuring technology is servicing the organisation in the best way possible

You'll be comfortable working with executive level staff through to front line staff, ensuring the technology delivery and services team is being proactive in providing solutions to all levels of the business.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Experience in a business or technology consulting role, or a customer centric service delivery manager role
- Outcome focused solution creation experience
- A passion for technology and experience with Microsoft tooling like o365, Teams, ERPs etc.
- Degree in ICT or a similar domain
- Collaborative and communication based change management expertise
- Strong opinions on self-service, zero touch delivery models of customer engagement

Passionate about process improvement and improved customer engagement, you'll contribute to the success of the solutions and technology group within this business, changing the face of how it operates.
