We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated **QHSE Manager** to join our Melbourne team. This role is pivotal in delivering consultancy services to our clients, ensuring they achieve excellence in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct QHSE consultancy services for diverse clients, ensuring alignment with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE management systems tailored to client needs.
- Perform gap analyses, audits, and risk assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance and training to clients on QHSE principles and practices.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and certifications required for ISO compliance.
- Stay updated on legislative changes, industry standards, and best practices in QHSE.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Champion a positive safety culture, empowering teams to take ownership of HSE practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant WHS legislation, standards, and company policies.
- Act as the go-to for HSE systems, including audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
- Lead the enhancement and development of our Enable HR system
- Lead the development and implementation of environmental management plans.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in QHSE management, preferably within consultancy or a similar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and their implementation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-focused mindset.
- Relevant qualifications in Quality, Health, Safety, or Environmental Management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
