**The Company**
Our client is a well know International Freight Forwarder, with offices all over the world. This is an amazing company to work for, as they look after their staff and continue to grow and offer opportunities. This freight forwarder is currently looking for a Country Security & QHSE Manager to join their team. Under the direction of the Regional/Global QHSE Head.
**Your new role**
- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
- Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
- Revise procedures, reports, etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
- Draft, modify and implement company policies
- Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
- Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
- Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training

**What you will need to succeed**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of ABF, Home affairs, Bio Security Measures, 77G, and HVNL
- Excellent Organization skills
- Proficient Communication skills
- Effective Problem-solving
- Assessment & Interpretation
- Critical Thinking Ability
- Strong People skills & Integrity
