Wormald have been designing, installing and servicing fire protection systems since 1889 and are a leading provider of fire protection solutions with an excellent reputation and firmly established brand.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Supervisor for our maintenance and repairs works in the Brisbane metropolitan region.

Reporting to the Service Manager - South East QLD this role will be responsible for increased customer retention and contribution to the growth of the Brisbane Fire Systems Testing Department. It is expected this will be achieved by developing and maintaining effective customer relationships, strong administrative capability on systems and ensuring field staff are equipped to deliver optimum levels of customer service.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have acquired experience in a similar role where you were accountable supervising a team of technicians and maintaining a safe work environment along with an ability to foster customer relationships to maximise returns.

This is an exciting and challenging role suitable for a highly driven and motivated customer focused individual, who can drive and lead a team of technicians to deliver a high level of performance and offers career advancement opportunities.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug and Alcohol screening.
