Operations Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage our transport suppliers including ongoing rate reviews

- Manage the relationship with our installation contractors including a compliance register of their qualifications

- Attend online progress meetings with our clients as required throughout the project

- Provide on site supervision if required on larger projects

- Liaise with our clients to confirm delivery access, availability of unloading equipment, prepare Safe Work Method Statements and arrange inductions as required

- Manage our hydraulic jacking equipment including the delivery to site with the tanks plus its return from site on completion as well as annual testing and certification

- Manage any after sales/installation challenges through to practical completion

**Skills and Experience**

- Similar experience within the transport industry or managing transport suppliers

- Similar experience working with external contractors

- Ability to communicate with people on all levels

- Great personal and communication skills both verbally and written

- Ability to work in a team to achieve a common goal

- High attention to detail and the ability to meet strict guidelines

**About the Role**

An opportunity exists to join our Southern Cross Water team based in Murarrie as our Operations Supervisor. This role would see you responsible for the company’s transport and installation portfolio, arranging the delivery of our tank components to meet our installation timeline as well as managing our installation contractors to complete the last mile phase of our manufacturing process.
