About the Role:
In this role, you'll handle calls and correspondence as part of our Customer Relations team resolving intricate issues and ensuring the utmost satisfaction to Simply Energys valued customers.

Key Details:
- Multiple permanent full-time position available- Operating hours between Monday to Friday 9am to 5:45pm | No weekend work- Rotating roster released 2 weeks in advance- 2 weeks full time paid training + 4 weeks access to additional support while you’re settling in- Easy access via public transport (free bus across the road) and walking distance to parking

Skills Required for the Role:
- Strong Customer Service Skills- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication- Attention to Detail- Strong Negotiation Skills; and- Problem Solving Skills
