**About this role**

Bribie Island and Caboolture Home Care is seeking compassionate Home Care Workers to support elderly clients in living safely and independently at home.

In this role, you'll work autonomously, traveling between clients, providing essential care, and building meaningful connections. While you’ll have independence, you’ll also receive ongoing support to ensure you feel valued and equipped to deliver high-quality care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Personal care** - Assist with showering, dressing, and toileting.
- ** Medication support** - Help clients follow their prescribed routines.
- ** Household tasks** - Aid with meal prep, cleaning, and safety.
- ** Social support** - Provide companionship and assist with outings.
- ** Care planning** - Contribute to personalized care plans.

**What you can bring to the team**

We’re looking for a compassionate Home Care Worker to provide personalized support, helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life. You'll work closely with our supportive Senior Home Care Workers and be a valued part of the team.

What you'll need
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent (desirable)
- 12+ months’ experience in a direct care role (desirable)
- A valid driver’s license & reliable, insured vehicle **($0.96/km reimbursement provided)**

Possess or willing to obtain
- Assist clients with medication Certificate - HLTHPS006
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR Certification
- A current National Police Certificate
- Current Influenza Vaccination.
