**About the Role**:
Spa Clubs Victor Harbor is seeking a passionate and dedicated Group Fitness Instructor to lead our Viva class on Mondays at 8:00 AM. Viva is a specially designed exercise class catering to individuals over 50, aiming to improve cardio fitness, body balance, flexibility, and muscle strength. This fun group workout is perfect for those who are “young at heart” and looking for a gentle exercise routine.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Viva class every Monday at 8:00 AM
- Guide participants through exercises with fun music, ensuring variety and safety
- Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for all attendees
- Adapt exercises to accommodate different fitness levels
- Maintain high energy and a positive attitude throughout the class

**Class Details**:

- **Target Audience**: Individuals over 50
- **Focus**: Cardio fitness, body balance, flexibility, and muscle strength
- **Class Type**: Low-impact workout integrating aerobic exercise, resistance training, stability, stretching, and mobility

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in Group Fitness Instruction (or working towards it)
- Experience leading fitness classes, particularly for older adults, is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
