We cater for all ages and levels of fitness and are expanding as we speak. We don't just do fitness, our aim is to help individuals excel their health and fitness goals, which involves organising exercise routines, nutrition to rehabilitation, weight loss programs, teen gym programs and having a family friendly environment.

Our Group Fitness aim is to build bigger and better freestyle classes while making it more fun and enjoyable for people, and expanding their knowledge with training sessions. Spa Clubs is run and managed by local staff in the community and focuses on family friendly staff atmosphere.

**GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR**

**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about fitness and love working with a vibrant community? Spa Clubs Victor Harbor is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Group Fitness Instructor to lead our popular Viva class. This class is specially designed for individuals over 50, focusing on improving cardio fitness, body balance, flexibility, and muscle strength.

**Viva Class Details**:

- **Audience**: Over 50s
- **Goals**: Enhance cardio fitness, body balance, flexibility, and muscle strength
- **Description**: A fun, low-impact group fitness workout aimed at gentle exercise routines for the "young at heart." Viva integrates aerobic exercise, resistance training for strength and stability, and stretching for mobility. Our instructors guide participants through the class with fun music, ensuring variety, confidence, and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Viva class on Mondays at 8:00 AM
- Provide clear, engaging instructions to participants
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees
- Adapt exercises to meet the needs of different fitness levels
- Maintain high energy and a positive attitude throughout the class

**Opportunities for Growth**:
For the right person, there may be opportunities to pick up additional group fitness classes, provide personal training sessions, or assist with member service shifts.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in Group Fitness Instruction (or working towards it)
- Experience in leading fitness classes, especially for older adults, is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
