**The Apprenticeship**
Certificate III in Bricklaying/Blocklaying.

Statewide Group Training are seeking a reliable, hardworking 1st Year Bricklaying Apprentice, living in Victor Harbor region to join our team and work with our valued Host Employer throughout the region.

**You will be learning to**:

- Work effectively and sustainably in the construction industry.
- Use bricklaying and blocklaying tools and equipment.
- Read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Carry out measurements and calculations.
- Carry out basic demolition.
- Handle and prepare materials.
- Carry out brick construction.

**About you**
- Keen interest to learn trade with commitment to 4 year apprenticeship.
- Physically fit and reliable.
- Able to pass a drug & alcohol screening.
- Current Driver’s License and reliable transport (essential - P’s acceptable).
- White Card (essential - or willing to get at your expense prior to commencement).
- Working Safely At Heights (essential, or willing to get at your expense prior to commencement).
