**Working as part of this team you’ll**:
- Make outbound calls and confidentially capture caller data in our systems,
- Listen to the client and provide information on the NDIS,
- Schedule appointments between the client and our team of Local Area Coordinators,
- Use empathy and communication skills to be of calm, helpful service to people living with disability.
**To be successful you should**:
- Have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service,
- Be able to work at pace with competing priorities,
- Good judgement and discretion,
- Have a high level of resourcefulness and attention to detail,
- Experience in Microsoft office suite, in particular Excel,
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
