Harness Energy are seeking an experienced Store Person to work alongside one of our Tier 1 Clients in the Oil & Gas Industry. This is a 6-month contract with the opportunity to lead into a permanent role.

The store person will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Toowoomba warehouse and the yard, whilst maintaining a high level of quality assurance and adherence to all current safety regulations & procedures.

Criteria:

- Ensure the efficient and economical movement of parts, equipment, and documentation in accordance with our client’s guidelines and procedures
- Process documentation for goods inwards received from external suppliers
- Ensure safe storage and currency of storage locations for inventory items
- Liaise with shipping and transport companies to ensure collection and delivery deadlines are maintained
- Comply with all training, quality assurance & health safety and environment procedures
- Contribute to the development of and improvements to all departmental procedures/instructions
- Liaise with warehouse & logistics supervisor and purchasing, inventory, maintenance and finance members of the operations team

About you:

- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
- A commitment to maintaining work health and safety practices
- Hold a current driver's license
- Forklift Ticket highly advantageous
