We have over 30 years' experience in this industry, with 450+ employees, across 30+ branches and targeted co-locations. With more than 70,000+ pieces of equipment, our strategically placed national branch network ensures we can fulfill our customers' rental plant and machinery requirements wherever their next project is located, whilst remaining nimble enough to support local projects. **Description**: About the Job **In this role you will**: - Carry out general field service and diagnosis work on all Onsite Rental Group equipment - Perform mechanical maintenance duties as per maintenance plans while upholding the integrity of the equipment and ensuring safe operation is not compromised - Provide feedback for efficient maintenance planning improvements - Record parts usage, equipment monitoring and time records. Skills and Experience **To succeed in this challenging role, you will have**: - A mechanical trade qualification - Strong diagnostic, fault finding and problem-solving skills; - Current driver's licence; - Exceptional communication skills with a customer service focus; - A "can do" attitude to provide high quality service to our clients; - A demonstrated commitment to safety with the ability to work unsupervised; Rental/Hire Industry experience will be highly regarded.
