We're a rapidly growing Software as a Service provider on a mission to empower people and organisations and to help us reach new heights, we're looking for a Customer Success Analyst to join our Brisbane CBD team.
**Your Impact**: As a Customer Success Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. Working with the Implementation Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with customers to tailor solutions to their unique needs.
- Analysing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Providing ongoing support and assistance, resolving any concerns.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and achieve our business objectives.
**You Bring**: To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience, preferably having worked in a consulting or tech company.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Activity Based Costing, Cost Transparency, Cost Modeling or Technology Business Management (preferred).
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and proficiency in CRM systems.
- A relevant Bachelor's degree (preferred), along with qualifications like Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA) or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
