Collection Training Coordinator
- Training and Recruitment Coordinator- This is a Gold Coast based, Level 2.1 position. The successful applicant will need to possess strong Collection Technical ability, have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, computer literacy skills, with attention to detail and the ability to think outside the square.- Duties include:
- Direct Reporting Relationship with Gold Coast Collection management team
- Preparation of training sessions
- Performing Collection training sessions in a classroom forum where required
- Assisting Collection Technical Liaison with reviewing & updating Collection procedures

applicants are forwarded through to appropriate Area Supervisor for interviewing process and potential onboarding.- Manage own performance and activities according to position requirements and performance expectations.
