**The role**

This role will be responsible of ensuring jobs are executed on-site, coordination, projects installation, commissioning / troubleshooting work, ensure accurate fault diagnosis and “alarmed calls” are actioned to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key responsibilities**:
We are looking for a customer-focused service technician with the ability to provide an excellent experience to our clients in the field. Therefore, you will have:

- A high level of communication skills (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures.
- Ability to take ownership of problems following through to resolution.
- Self-motivated individual who is proactive, professional, punctual, well presented with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work unsupervised as part of a close-knit team
- Dedicated to high quality EH&S and ethical standards

**Requirements**:
**As a minimum you must have**:

- Extensive experience in the HVAC or Electrical or Automation environment
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues on site
- Intermediate computer skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Possess a solution-based mentality and the ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Hold a valid driver’s licence and a white card
- Experience in programming building Automation systems and project management will be highly regarded
