We are looking for a new member to join our team This is a full time position based in the western suburbs.

**The duties of this position include**:

- Meat selection and preparation for sale and supply by removing bones, trimming fat and cutting mincing and cutting to shape and size as ordered.
- Slicing dicing and portion cutting
- Selecting and preparing meat to produce small goods
- Operating machines, such as ban-saw and sausage filling machine, to grind, mix, mince, tenderize meat and making sausages
- Making seasoning and curing special cuts
- Maintain a clean work space and adhere to OH &, including begining of day set up and end of day clean up

Kills and Experience required:

- Relevent qualificat's required ( AQF Certificate 111 in meat processing or equivalent)
- Minimum 12 months relevent work experience( Favoured)
- Sound cutting skills, for example, ability to cleanly bone all base and cuts down to muscle primal and equipped with knowledge of all varieties of meat products and stock control procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Precision and attention to detail
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Stong Equipment and Safety Knowledge

**Annal Earnings** As per The award - Negotiable
