**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

Established in 2007, Aspire Early Intervention specialises in providing holistic approaches to learning through ABA therapy frameworks. Aspire is built around the belief that every child can learn, and support clients with a variety of learning impairments from infancy to adolescence, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADD/ADHD. With offices across Sydney and Canberra, we are known for providing high quality therapy with care and diligence.

**ABOUT THE POSITION**

Immediate entry level opportunity for a Trainee Behaviour Technician or Registered Behaviour Technician to join our growing Sydney team at Aspire. You will join an established clinical team and adhere to the behaviour-analytic programs and techniques as specified in each child’s program.

**DUTIES**
- Provide therapeutic services in community settings and clinical settings
- Collect and accurately record data of client’s progress
- Collaborate with the wider clinical team to improve the delivery of behaviour-analytic programs
- Build and maintain relationships with families and other stakeholders

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with families
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well collaboratively
- Experience/willingness to work with children

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Currently studying/completed tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Education or similar
- Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a Working With Children Check
- Must be eligible to apply/currently hold an NDIS check
- Willingness to obtain a police check
- Current driver’s licence and insured personal vehicle
