We’re on the lookout for mechanically skilled individuals to join our Field Service Team in Blacktown. Whether you’re a qualified mechanic, fitter, or have a recognised trade or strong hands-on experience, this could be the next step in your career.

**About the role?**

As a Field Service Technician for Atlas Copco, you will be out on the road working on site with our customers across our Sydney Region. You will be the go-to person for inspecting, diagnosing and repairing air compressors and related equipment. In this dynamic environment, no two days are the same, you will get to work with a variety of industries.

**Your day might include**:

- Fitting and assembling mechanical components
- Troubleshooting and fixing equipment on the spot
- Performing maintenance and upgrades
- Working independently and solving problems in the field

**To succeed, you will need**
- **Mechanical, Fitter or electrical experience**: or a trade qualification/background, compressed air experienced is desirable.
- **Good Communication**:A customer service focus with the ability to build relationships.
- **Ready and Willing**:to embrace challenges with a can-do attitude and the desire to learn.
- **A valid driver’s license**: as the role does require daily travel to our customer sites
- **Eligibility to Work**: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia.
- **Willingness to be a part of on call roster**be a part of on call roster as required, on call allowances and overtime rates are paid accordingly.
