We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated **Support Workers** to assist clients with disabilities, aged care needs, and mental health challenges.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or Mental Health
- Prior experience in the industry
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Working with Children Check for paid employment
- National Police Check
- NDIS Check
- Smartphone with internet access and ability to use rostering apps

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support with daily living activities such as personal care, hygiene, grooming, and meal assistance.
- Communicate effectively with clients.
- Assist individuals with high physical needs and/or behaviours of concern, following support and behaviour management plans.
- Follow all safety procedures including manual handling and infection control practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports in line with policies and legislation.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
