Boeing Aerostructures Australia (BAA) is looking for an Integrated Product Team (IPT) **Integrated Scheduler** to support the integration of the ATS (MQ-28A Ghost Bat) statement of work into the BAA production system.

This role is based in Port Melbourne and is initially a 12-month maximum term contract. At the completion of the initial 12 months this role may be extended for up to 2 years dependent upon business conditions and individual performance.

**About the role**

This role is responsible for delivering a Commitment Level Estimate (CLE) for assets required to meet the ATS program specified production rates and drive the integration of ATS statement of work into BAA program management and finance systems.
- Collaborates closely with and supports the IPT Leader and team
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Develop and maintain Project schedules that integrate efforts across the program and production system into one cohesive plan
- Collaborate across all functions within the BAA ATS program and works in coordination with Boeing Defense Australia program to ensure alignment of schedules
- Drives program planning through the Enterprise Gated Process in support of Program requirements and objectives
- Tracks, plans, schedules and performs risk analysis for projects, programs and change activities throughout the lifecycle of a program
- Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints and plans involving product development, production rates, process improvement, or program initiatives
- Reporting: Identifies, analyzes and reports schedule performance variances. Develops and posts planning, scheduling and change related metrics/reports
- Performs schedule-related risk and opportunity analyses and provides potential solutions to management. Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates in relevant documentation where appropriate

**About you**
- Bachelor degree and/or relevant position with Integrated Scheduling experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, including demonstrated experience in the ability to work with individuals from all functions across the business
- Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area
- Understanding of how to accomplish tasks through formal channels and informal network; understands the cultures of organizations
- Manufacturing and/or Aerospace experience desired
- Open Plan Professional (OPP) experience preferred
- Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain an Australian Security Clearance

Classification Level: This is a non-EBA Position IJC WASMI3, remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience. Pre-employment checks required.
