**Arra Group is seeking keen Indigenous Trainees,** sole purpose to bring a number of young enthusiastic team members to provide support to the project engineers working on our projects. This would be an opportunity to contribute to the development of the studies and projects, learn about major studies and project delivery, renewable energy, some of the challenges related to building projects in the Australia and learn about how large businesses operate. In addition, the trainee would discover a range of different career paths available in the professional services sector. The role would initially be based in Perth but there may be an opportunity to go to site should this be desirable.

**The role is initially for a nominal 3-month period, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months based on performance. Successful completion of the Traineeship may lead to a permanent position offer.**

**Key Duties -**
- Provide support to the project engineers with tasks such as researching searching for technical information and contributing to proposal or technical and writing documents;
- Helping to ensure we meet our deadlines for producing documents and drawings;
- Assisting with preparation for internal office, client and equipment / contractor meetings.

**Experience and Knowledge -**
- Computer literate.
- Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- English literate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term

**Salary**: $19.00 - $23.50 per hour
