**THE ROLE**

Nutrition Warehouse is growing fast, and we are looking for a strong Customer Service Specialist to join the passionate Customer Success team through our next chapter of growth

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Taking ownership of customer enquiries and following problems through to resolution
- Liaising with the Warehouse team, Purchasing team, eCommerce team and freight carriers to troubleshoot customer issues
- Observing and communicating trends regarding website experience and general customer feedback
- Providing ad-hoc coaching support for store teams to provide solutions for RetailExpress, Click&Collect and customer queries
- Participating in building our customer success strategy, providing insights and observations of how we can provide best-in-class customer service and facilitate organic growth

- Experience in a customer-facing role
