To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Marketing Associate** to join our Pepsi Lipton Joint Venture Marketing team.

This role will support the Marketing Manager in executing key Seed initiatives in ANZ across **Lipton and T2 portfolios**, driving penetration of the Ready To Drink Tea category.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver innovative Below The Line and digital activations for Lipton and T2
- Support cross-functional 6P performance reviews
- Assist in AOP and JBP planning with Asahi and Better Drinks
- Ensure timely, high-impact campaign execution

Qualifications:

- Creative storyteller with a passion for insights-driven, standout digital comms
- Strong project management skills with sharp attention to detail
- Skilled in navigating complex, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
