**What You Will Be Doing**

Our Hand Therapy service is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Receptionist who is self motivated, team orientated and possesses excellent customer service skills.

The successful applicant will work with the hand therapy team to support their surgical reform project. They will support our vibrant team to provide a high standard of care to consumers. The role involves working across multiple clinics with varying administrative and reception processes.

The successful applicant will enjoy a busy and varied work environment and will be comfortable taking a flexible approach to managing the demands of the work area.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide quality, timely and efficient support to the Hand Therapy team by providing expert administrative support.
- Demonstrate flexibility to respond to changing demands within the service and the allied health reception area.
- Participate in the multidisciplinary team environment and facilitate good teamwork.

**What You Need**
- Well developed interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Experience using patient information systems such as Electronic Health Records and iPM and learn new programs as required
- Demonstrated organisational skills and an ability to prioritise work
- Experience in a busy, fast paced reception or ward environment
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team

**Additional Requirements**
