Silk Hospitality invites an experienced, service-driven individual to take the helm of our housekeeping team at a luxury 5-star hotel in the Gold Coast. As Executive Housekeeper you will play a pivotal role in upholding an exceptional standard of cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery for our hotel partners and their guests.

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to;**
- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Manage departmental budgets, supply inventory, and cost control.
- Uphold strict health, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Maintenance) to ensure seamless guest service.
- Respond to guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and report on housekeeping performance, occupancy needs, and staffing levels.
- Support onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing staff.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction at all times.
