**About the Opportunity**:
At Bolton Clarke, _“Always safe”_ is a core value. In this role, you’ll build strong internal relationships to champion wellbeing, health, and safety across the organisation. Working closely with operational teams, you’ll be a trusted advisor in safety and risk management - providing practical, solutions-focused guidance.

You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to key business projects that enhance our safety culture and drive continuous improvement across Bolton Clarke.

**Key activities**:

- Supporting managers with incident reporting and assisting in investigations to identify root causes
- Conducting risk assessments and recommending corrective actions
- Advising staff on OH&S policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assisting in the delivery of safety training programs to build capability in hazard identification and management
- Supporting health and safety committees and representatives
- Analysing safety data to identify trends and key issues related to incidents, injuries, and wellbeing

**We’d Love to Hear from You if You**:

- Possess a Certificate IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Have 3+ years experience in a Safety & Wellbeing role
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate and find practical, risk-aware solutions
- Bring proven experience in a health and safety role - experience in aged care, community care, or health is highly valued
- Have sound knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, standards, and codes of practice
- Are familiar with RiskMan and/or SolvSafety systems (highly regarded)
- Hold Fire Safety Adviser training, lead auditor certification, or training/assessing qualifications (desirable)
- Are available to travel to sites, including occasional interstate travel
