**About the role**

We are excited to announce that we are calling for a dedicated **Specialist - RHINO Implementation** to lead cutting-edge technology initiatives and contribute to measurable value for customers. (RHINO is an autonomous drill-string mounted geophysical sensor). In this pivotal role, you’ll help digitise and improve mining operations by delivering advanced software, hardware, and communications systems tailored to our Customers’ needs.

This role is a permanent, full time position, Monday to Friday, located at our office in **Cannon Hill, Brisbane**.

**What you will be doing**
- **Safety Leadership**: Champion Orica’s SHE initiatives and ensure compliance with procedures during installations and operations.
- **Technology Implementation**: Manage the planning, installation, and ongoing operations of Orica’s Rhino systems, coordinating across teams and handling system maintenance.
- **Strategic Initiatives & Project Management**: Roll out technology projects efficiently, support pipeline prioritisation, and deliver ongoing implementation support.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build strong relationships, assist in tenders, conduct technical demonstrations, and enhance the Orica brand with professional interaction onsite.
- **Training & Development**: Coach technical personnel, deliver technology training programs, and contribute to the improvement of Rhino systems through customer feedback.

**What you will bring**
- A background in project management, electronics, networking, mining technologies, or technical componentry.
- Previous experience using RHINO or similar product would be advantageous.
- Expertise in hardware/software configuration, project management, and data analysis.
- Technical writing and presentation skills with strong verbal communication.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Preferred qualifications in Cert IV Training and Assessment, customer support methods, or additional project management experience.
