We are excited to advertise for an Iteration Manager to join our team in ROLLiN’. As an Iteration Manager, you’ll provide leadership to a high-performance technical delivery team within a SaaS-based environment, enabling them to self-organise, self-manage, and provide support to initiatives with a Lean-Agile model. Facilitating communication, cooperation and deployment of work that originates from a range of SMEs and product owners within an end-to-end insurance business. Coordinating cross-functional teams, managing ceremonies and enforcing rules that the team has agreed on, while looking for ways to increase efficiency, team satisfaction and velocity will be key to being successful in this role.

The IM will identify blockers and drive the team towards solutions, while being a focal point of interaction between the technology and data team and the rest of the business including marketing, pricing, underwriting, risk and product development.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Extensive experience in technical project management in a fast-paced, agile working environment (Scrum, Lean, Kanban etc), within a software development or customer facing product (financial services, media, telco)
- Understanding of software development and the tools and technologies required to efficiently deliver change
- Certification in Agile Project Management.
