**The Role**
As an Iteration Manager you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our groundbreaking product. Reporting directly to the Product Owner, you will be instrumental in building this digital product to improve customer experience.
**Responsibilities include**:
- **Coordination and Planning**: Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth coordination of the delivery process. Given the interdependencies with other parts of the business, your role will be pivotal in managing and planning for successful outcomes.
- ** Customer-Centric Approach**: With a focus on end-user customer experience, you will strive to provide more visibility to our customers.
- ** Greenfield Product**: Bring your expertise to the table as you take charge of building the product from the ground up. Your hands-on approach in a small team setting will be essential in overcoming challenges and ensuring successful project completion.
- ** Stakeholder Coordination**: Act as a bridge between multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building. Your ability to navigate different perspectives will be vital in creating a collaborative and cohesive team.
**Your Profile**
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:
- ** Experience**: 10-15 years in the project space, with a background in end-user customer experience and digital product development.
- ** Versatility**: Mature and broad experience working in different sizes of organisations, showcasing a growth mindset and the ability to adapt beyond a pure agile mindset.
- ** Detail-Oriented**: A knack for getting across the detail, coupled with a problem-solving attitude, will be crucial in successfully managing the delivery process.
- ** Hands-On Approach**: Comfortable working in a small team and being hands-on.
- ** Adaptability**: Quick to pick up new concepts, flexible in your approach, and dedicated to building something great as part of a team.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Proven ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships, ensuring everyone is on top of everything.
