**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The focus of the HR Business Partner is to support the HR strategy and vision through partnering with key client groups. This role will support both the operational needs for your client groups along with the opportunity to work on key projects across the organization.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**
- Partnering with your client groups, where you will become an integral part of their team and develop people strategies for ongoing success

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Knowledge of workforce planning, employee engagement, succession planning, performance management and retention methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in a business partnering role, with relevant tertiary qualifications
- Proven ability to lead HR activities across all areas and able to influence change
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, evaluation, and decision-making skills
- Experience with facilitating learning and development programs
- Demonstrated experience with supporting the business to attract talent and a thorough understanding of total remuneration strategies
- Evidence of a partnering approach that is commercial, pragmatic, and adaptable
- Experience working in a dynamic, changing environment within a HR team.
