**The role**

**What will I be doing?**

In the first six months, you will provide service design input on critical digital transformation projects like My Account, Land Development and Digital Metering. Tasks include:

- Leverage previous research and insights to synthesise and inform new product development strategy direction and define research gaps (if any)
- Work with senior service designers to define and deliver the correct outputs to translate customer needs/insights into product/project requirements and direction. Including but not limited to, service blueprints, customer archetypes
- Work with UX designers to ensure detailed design aligns with the desired omnichannel end-to-end experience. Support the planning and execution of Usability Testing in collaboration with the UX Designer

Participate and contribute to the development of our team Design Ops:

- Participate in our rituals and improve our ways of working
