All About Caring is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to deliver person-centered support to male client with TBI. Successful applicants will be supporting the individuals to successfully live in their own home.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Supervise Medications
- Prompting Self Care
- Managing Appointments, daily tasks and safe community access
- Execution of the participant's support plan

**QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES**
- Understanding of the NDIS and commitment to its principles
- Proficient, clear, and effective written and verbal English communication skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Current Australian driver's license
- Smartphone to access internal communication.
- Availability for mornings/evenings and weekends
